Tobias Witt
Tobias currently works as a Service Design Lead at CityLAB Berlin where he is responsible for Service Design and Design Research. His primary focus at CityLAB is the digital transformation of Berlin’s public sector. He studied design with a focus on service design, design science and futurology at HAWK Hildesheim and is particularly interested in topics that link inclusion and design.Tobias has a lectureship in Design Science at HAWK and was a research assistant where he specialized in "Inclusive Design" and Design Research. Tobias is passionate about Design Science and Strategy, Inclusive Design, and the potential in which Design Methods can be utilized in more inclusive and collaborative ways. Inclusive Design was also the research topic of his master thesis: „Boundless Design – How can designers design better and more sustainably for people with visual impairments?“. The most recently published book is "Inklusion Gestalten": How can inclusion be better integrated into the design process and design teaching? He also published a future research article in: „Design und Mobilität: Wie werden wir bewegt sein?“
