The workshop "Let's make the public administration more inclusive!" revolves around the question of how design methods can be used to become more inclusive for public administration and civil society.What role can design research play in addressing the challenges of the future. What are the risks involved? How can we bring people along and exclude as few people as possible?
The first part will be an introduction to how design methods are currently used at CityLAB in collaboration with government. The second part will be a hands-on exercise and discussion on how we can redesign design methods to be more inclusive. The third part will consist of sharing our thoughts and trying to look into the future.
